- Customers may request a refund within 14 days of receiving their purchase.(Only for products not on sale or discount)
- Refunds will only be issued for items that are returned in their original, unused condition with all original packaging and tags attached.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
- Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
- Custom or personalized orders are final sale and cannot be refunded.
- Refunds will not be issued for products on promotion.
- We regret to inform you that refunds will not be granted for orders in which the tracking information confirms delivery to the provided address, regardless of the recipient's claim of non-receipt
If a customer receives a damaged or defective item, they should contact our customer service team immediately by going in our contact us page, with their order number as well a photo and a video of the damage. We will work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the item returned does not meet the above requirements.
